Day 14: Sunday 4/25

Its end of week 2 already. The past week, I only went to the gym 4 times. Not as much as I would have liked but still on target (original goal was 3-6 times/week). Kanji and work are coming along well so far.

Today I weighed myself and I am at 175LBS. Still 15LBS left to reach my 160LBS target. Even though I have been going to the gym the past 2 weeks, I have not really lost any weight. I probably gained some muscle weight. For the next period, I will focus on Cardio and food intake instead of lifting weights and see if that will work.
